Brief:
The New Home Company launched a Spring corporate campagin, in 2018, to help increase brand recognition and home sales.
The concept for using a pinwheel was developed in collaboration with design and marketing teams. The campaign consisted
of a lot of firsts for New Home, as it was their first time incorporating such a large digital push, were they once relied
heavily on print to reach their audience. It was also their first time collaborating with another company to create a contest
giveaway. In the end, the strategy of utilizing digital ads through various platforms, proved to pay dividends as New Home
had one of their strongest sale quarters that year.
