Brief: The New Home Company is a publicly traded real estate developer in California and Arizona. This year, the company celebrated its 10 Year Anniversary of brining people home. We were given a month to develop a campaign that would celebrate this historic milestone while promoting a special incentive to increase quarterly sales goals.
