Brief: Braverde is a new masterplan community in the city of Menifee in California. The name 'Braverde' was created from a discovery meeting between client, design and marketing team. We identified two important keywords which were, 'Brave' and 'Verde' (Spanish for Green). The client felt these two words were important in embracing Menifee's patrioticism and its agrarian roots. The new masterplan community will be built on 171 acres and divided into 511 lots. The lots will be sold in parcels to different developers based on home product types.
